dear friends,
This is the fact: my friend's sister married and having two children studying...... now she is living at (Chennai) her maternal home with children. i think few years she living separately from her husband, she has filed a suit for interim maintenance and to rejoin her husband before the Family Court in High Court chennai, subsequently her husband who is in Govt. service filed a suit for divorce before the sub court at his place....i think somewhere near neyveli ..., in this sub judice not arise for the reason of issue differ in both the suit........ she is willing to face the trial in chennai itself......i think she can transfer the divorce suit to chennai ........joint pleading is possible right? in which way i can advice her?
Can i have suggestion please..
