Unfair trade practice

A reputed tyre company gives 60 months warrantee for tubeless tyres.  After 10 months a tyre bulges and representative rejects claim that due to puncture the tyre got bulging and it is not a manufacturing defect.  The explanation is that due to moisture etc. affected area weekens steel wires and tyre gots bulged.  One of warrantee conditions also says so that in the events of repair of tyre warrantee is no more effective.

Does this not tentamount to unfair trade practices.  Does it appear feasable that during 5 long years a tyre would not develop a puncture necessitating a repair of puncture and the moment it gets the one, the company is absolved of its warranty obligations.  It does not seem logical.  Viewing this warrantee condition litterally would mean a shoe company giving gurantee of its products on the condition that sole should not be affected by its use on the road!

Is there any judgement to bring this very natural and genuine case within the mischief of unfair trade practice? This would be helpful in contesting the case before consumer court and saving many other unsuspecting customers who put their faith going by the brand name/reputation of the company without having a critical analysis of their warranty conditions.
