sir, i hav a 1.75 acres land in baloda bazar, which, i wanted to lease. i read an advertisement in dainik bhaskar, about a company named AVA & co which wanted lands in my region. I contacted them, sent my property's xerox copy to them. then the company sent a staff which checked the site and after 10 days i got a letter from them that my land has been selected for warehouse, and tower, the rent of which would be 90000 and 21000 respectively, and 2 years rent would be given in advance.
now i contacted them, told them about the letter, then they said that the lease agreement would be of 20 years, and i need to pay them 1,20,000 as security deposit, to which their justification was that they need to spend a lot in basic formalities, so they wanted me to meet them in their office in Gaziabad, UP, and deposit the money which they claim to be refundable...
sir my querry is whether i shuold paYthem that money or not...and are their any glitches in the proposal??
