vacate a tenant

Dear Sirs

A tenant who's a lawyer not vacating the home, he's giving trouble to next portion tenants also. he filed a false complaint in police station & the land lord also complained false. police closed the case both complaints are false. Now the tenant requested injunction in civil court. the hearing is end of May. in this situation how  the  House owner can vacate as soon as possible? if the tenant is getting more vaida & not appearing in court means it will take more time. is there any solution there?  even the building condition is not good the roof's are leaking the lawyer tenant is  not  vacating.how long the court will take time to vacate the tenant.

Under Law the land lord can not vacate a tenant from the house unless due process of law. Therefore the land lord can vacate the tenant only by following the due process of law. Either of them can not act against the terms and conditions which are entered into between them if there is any express agreement between them i.e., Rent agreement. One month prior notice with valid reason is must to vacate  the tenant. And then he need to approach the proper authority to vacate the tenant. The process should be legal and reasonable and not any illegal manner.

now the tanent is an advocate and law in favor of tenants so a long legal battle is sure.

Dear Sir,

there is no agreement with the land lord & tenant. The person who brought  & introduced him also residing in the other portion. making nusance to other tenants also. &  Land lord also  settle in  native & he's not having any other house. The building condition is very bad & we're planning to demolish & want to build new.  Even explained to the tenant he's not vacating, other tenants staying in the same house are ready to vacate.
