My grandfather was just a mere possess er of a property. He has an agreement to sell receipt in which he paid the small amount and refer to pay the rest of amount in 3 years in between the landlord disagree and filed the case in high court and got the stay. Now my grandfather got Expired and we r in the possesion of the property and my grandfather Executed the will in the favour of my Father. Now is the Will Valid as my cousin are threatning for injuction and partition as they r mentioning the will is not valid as the landowner has got the Stay in property and they also have share to settle the dispute with the landlord and after my grandfather death the high court mention my cousin name as a legal heir. But i have a registered will in my father's favour.
