Dear All,
I have challenged family court order to High Court to decline interim manintenance order. My wife filed false affidavit about her true qualification,professional qualification and previous work experience. I have challenged the lower court order and furnish all the details before High Court but HC not even taken any cognigance on it and reject my application that the amount granted by family court is right.
Please let me know what are the remedies available for me. Can i go to Supreme Court.
