Don't  waste your time.  Move the court for the custody of your son.

Never every blindly trust anyone(including your lawyers, even if he is very good). Keep your eyes open. Make yourself conversant with 498a/DV. There is lot of that stuff on the net. Many people are fighting against false 498a, join them. Don't get disheartened.
