hi all,
my wife filed section 24hma asking interim monthly maintenance (fat money) & litigation expenses (huge money). she also mentioned that she has no independent source of income in her affidavit. however, i have an RTI reply got from her private school.
please forward me any supreme court judgements where the wife concealed her employment details and int. maintenenace is denied.
also, please forward any andhra pradesh judgements. thank you so much!

hi experts -
today hearing, my wife has done the withdrawl of hma 24 application after several hearings - counter reply finished, affidavid finished. in today's hearing, they are supposed to amend their prayers but surprising she has withdrawn the petition. my lawyer says her petition has no concrete cause of action and hence it is not maintanable. they might come up with a new petition (not 100% sure).
is it ok? is it beneficial to me? pl advise
