What is 'Probate' and 'Letters of Administration' in respect of will?
Can these be done after the death of the person making the will?
Can it be granted by the High Court only?

Will is the intention of the person about the property after the death of the person. Probate and letter of admin. is the legalisation of the intention of the person after the death by Hon,ble High Court and Hon,ble Dist Court as per the jurisdiction.
