women file police complaint under ipc section 279 and 337 she suddenly come on wrong side, she got minor injury as the vehicle insurance got expired and soon police seized vehicle and person reported to magistrate with police in which asked for bail and got bail with bond of 25000/- signed but what may be the next move by court or injured person.
