A woman belonging to sc/st caste has filed fir on us that we got into her house and scolded her taking her caste name .she has built a house and is residing on a land which was sold to us by the legitimate owner and when we argued that she is forcefully encroached the land and made fake docs to get house number she put a case on us how do we win this case and get our land back
