How to Apply for Inclusion of name in the Electoral Rolls in Andaman and Nicobar Island

Eligibility

All residents of Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

Concenrned Authority

The Electoral Registration Officer.

Procedure

Form4/ Form6 should be submiited to the ERO/ AERO during Enumeration with proper documents.

Asst. ERO, Port Blair, from 9.00am to 01.00pm.

Necessary documents/papers

• Ration Card.
• Local Certificate.

Fee

No fee is charged.

Required Forms

• Form 4 (8 KB) (PDF file that opens in a new window) Application For New Registration of Electors at the time of Enumeration.
• Form 6 (16 KB) (PDF file that opens in a new window) Application for inclusion of names in the Electoral Roll after publication of the draft roll.
