    i have query about m.a.c.t claim.my father was accidented ago 8-9 years.his left leg was not work.so,he cant able to goes office so they are suspended from job.he was a bank manager of co.pvt.ltd.bank.today he was dead .so, how much i claim? his monthly income was 30000.tell me how does i claim.

    Sir I purchased a flat on mezzanine floor in a society for commercial purpose but the society is asking me for indemnity bond of Rs.100/- that the property is used for residential purpose for me & my family members.     Dear Sir iam Ashish kumar from Bihar. For the last 2 years me and my wife are living seperately.1 and half years back i filed sec.9 in darbhanga district court.After several legal notices she never appeared in the court and this month i have got the decree of sec.9.Now after passing through stressful 2 years now i don't want to stay with her.i want divorce.kindly suggest can i file the petition for divorc?

    belongs to ST YERUKALA wakf board start at 1954,but we have pay some tax 1979 n some missing due to water from house.all 13 yakers land are registar.

    my four four father buy land in 1946 n register it,now problem was created after grand dead in 2000 i dont,our famly go to mro to apply pass book, after six months,the land is wakf board
