Dear Vinod Bansal
When sale Deed executed in favour of new owner and he has absolute ownership of the that property.
please specify rented period?
You can also send a legal notice to him stating that with out rented period complete unable to vacate the said house.

You file a suit for permanent injunction along with an application for exparte ad-interm injunction to restrain the respondents/defentants (add the owner of the property as well as the power agent as defendants) from in anyway disturbing your peaceful possession and enjoyment of the house property otherwise than due process of law. You also lodge a complaint with police for criminal intimidation and attempt to trespass and you can append this complaint as a document in the suit. Though police complaint will not give an relief (as police will not interfere in civil dispute) it will help you to show your bonafide to the Court that you have no other alternative and can get exparte interim injunction in your favour.

The ownership of the house is still in the name of previous owner. So the new owner has no right over the building. You can move criminal complaint also against threatening and harrasment by the new owner.
