    Sir, Thank you for quick response, however that NGO running by board of directors, they have not with any public relation officers with them,therefore I request your goodself, pelase ascertain how we dispose of the matter and what is the procedure to return that Rs.10/- postal orders submitted us under RTI act.

    husband dies 7 to 8 years back, wife dies now,they have no children.however, the husband's mother and the wife father are still alive inaddition to their brothers and sisters all marriedand with children.the couple had landed property ,partly financed by the husband's blood relations however the property is registered in both deceased's names.ther is also jewelary gifted by both sides at the time of their marriage.due to huan relations, the husband's mother after the death of her son moved in with her other son and as a good gesture never question her daughter-in-law about the property. now since the wife has also died, her father who moved in with her and her brother stated verbally that she has willed all the property to her father.As a carrot he has again informed orally that the father on his own considering giving out a part of the money to the mother.It is felt that the father is playing for time. What action is advised, without antagonising
