    Respected sir, i am lalit sharma from chandigarh.my wife alleged me 498A AND domestic violance on me . right now i donot have any job but my wife doing job and taking 25000/- per month, we also have a baby boy.right now the court orderd me to give 3000/-rs.per month.but i am not in job and i am out from my parents property.I want to know ,Is there any rule that if husband is not earning then wife has to give compensation to her husband. please reply as soon as possible .

    Dear madam, I am HR exec in FMCG company.I have a query recently i have appointed 2 candidate who dont have earlier company relieving letter when asked they said they didnot received any appointment letter from previous company,no payslip etc.So now the earlier company is stating that how i can take a person who dont have relieving letter.Kindly clarify me.

    Dear Sir/Madam, Our company has purchased a property in Anekal Taluk, Bangalore District. Now i have received a summon from one Jayalakshmi seeking 1/4th share in the property. My question is that a Sub-Judge court in Hosur Tamilandu has issued a summon to appear. How is this possible. 1. The property is situated in karnataka 2. The party to the proceeding resides in karnataka and their address for service is in karnataka. 3. The cause of Action arose in karnataka. 4. There is no other property for the plaintiffs or the respondents any where in tamilnadu or Hosur. At this juncture how can a court in hosur issue summon to appear. Please enlighten me Regards Balaji
