Mere father 3 bhai the, property k naam pe sirf ek ghar hai, i think 1 karod Rs. ka hoga, hamari property mere dadaji k naamse chal rahi thi, wo kafi pahle expire ho chuke hai, unhone koi vasiyat nahi likhi thi, jab property 3 bhaiyo k naam se karne k processor chal raha tha to mere father to 2nd no. k hai wo expire ho gaye abhi Dec mai, mai mere father ki 1 ladki hun aur mere mummy hai, mere father ne 1 dusri aurat rakhi hui thi uske 4 bachhe hai, mere father journalist the, unki khud ki banayi hui koi property nahi hai. 1) Kya wo 2nd aurat property mai hissa mang sakti hai? 2) kya uske bachho ka koi haq hai us property mai? 3) Kya mai apni mummy k naam pe property kara sakti hun, papa k jagah? 4) wo processor pura hua tha ya nahi uski jankari mughe kaha se milegi? 5)hamare family membor bhi hamare suppory mai nahi hai, wo kahte hai us 2nd aurat ko hissa bhi milna chahiye kya ye sahi hai? 6) mere mom agar nahi rahti hai to uske baad property kiski hogi? mai ladki hun mughe mil payegi ki nahi? Nisha says : Notice Period & Working Tenure
I have joined my last organisation on March 06, 2010 and my last working day in the organisation was Feb 25, 2011. There was a notice period of 2 months. I have served one month and buy-out the rest 1 month. There was a clause in my offer letter that if you will leave the oraganisation before one year then you have to pay the amount we have spent on your hiring, or any joining bonus we have paid to you. So by using this clause , the company demanding some Rs. 28000 from that we have paid this much amount to the counsultant for your hiring and you have left the organisation before 1 year. As far as hiring is concerned , I got the call from the HR directly but they are saying we got your contact from the counsltant. Including the one month Notice Period Buy-out, my whole tenure would be 1 year and some 20 days. Is the notice period and notice period buy out time would be counted in the working tenure? Another thing is, as i got the call directly from the HR and no consultant was involved in our conversation. so may i ask the company to furnish any proof related to this?

My friend was a sub-broker of well known share broking house of India. He was sole owner of his firm. He opened a DEMAT a/c of his wife at his firm. Few Years later, he had huge loss of some Lacs which he was unable to repay. He left the town and absconded by leaving his wife alone. It happened 3 years back. Now, his wife wants to re-marry with one of our friend and both families are supporting. She is having around 70000/- at that Demat A/c. She called to the HO of broking house, the officials told her that her husband is absconded hence her a/c seized and they can not give the money back. My query is - if my friend is sole owner of his firm, how main broker seize his spouse a/c? Please help.........
