Wife gave a 498a complaint and got CSR copy. Took all her things. FIR not yet filed. Its been 2 months now.She is not ready for mutual consent. Can I file a divorce now. Will 498a complaint not filed be considered grounds for cruelty. I got an opportunity to go abroad in few weeks. Is it safe to go now. Some suggested I should file RCR and then go. Pl suggest if I can file divorce at this stage on grounds of cruelty?

one cadidate pass the ITI trade exam and apply for apprentisship to the Maharashtra state Electricity Board in Janewary2005 and completed traning in october 2005 and get the certificate as"The candidate successfully completed Apprentisship in Maharashtra state Electricity Board ,Maharashtra state Electricity Board Trifurgated into three companies in month of june 2005 namely 1)Maharashtra state Electricity Distribution company limited 2)Maharashtra state Electricity Transmition company limited 3)Maharashtra state Electricity Genration company limited Maharashtra state Electricity Transmition company limited publish advetisement for recruitment of line helper in yr 2010 which mention that candidate should have apprentisship certificate of )Maharashtra state Electricity Transmition company limited or erstwhile MSEB ,The candidate sucessfully pass the written test as well as interveiw test at the time of joining &verfication of document Authority refuse to join him The the candidate file W.P before Honble high court my question is 1)whether the certificate granted By MSEDCL UNDER THE HEADING MSEB is vallid while company is formed 2)the candidate is taken apprentisship traning in MSEB AND COMPLETED IT IN MSEDCL AND GET THE CERTIFICATE OF MSEB whether candidate is entitle for appoinment or not

Hello Kirti, I have a friend who lives in the United States and his father, whom lived in India, recently passed away. His father passed away leaving a will, but the son would like to know if he has the right to view the will. Being that the son has not seen the will, he cannot verify if he is a beneficiary or not. But does he have the ability to see the entire will, even if he is not named, to see if there is any reason to contest? His father also did not live in the areas of India that require probate. The son is also a U.S. citizen, does this make any difference in regards to the will? Thanks very much for your help in this matter.

a lady file complaint against her husband u/s 12 of domestic violance act. court pass interim order for 1500/- p.m and issue notice to husband after notice he appear on first hearing inperson and after that he proceed ex-parte. court dismissed the application of complainant after 3 year and in judgment he mentioned that all interim order if any set aside. Now the question arised that can complainant can file execution for the amount till date of judgement.
