  • Swaminathan says : Blank & signed Rs20 stamper
Sir, Iam residing in chennai suburban.I have given a Blank & Signed stamp paper of Rs 20 to a banker for a bank locker service agreement. The banker said that he is taking this blank(he would fill it later)signed stamppaper from me in lieu of a Rs 20 stamp that needs to be affixed for this agreement as it would not be easily available here. Though I had little hesitation in giving him a signed blank stamp paper, I gave him in faith. Now, In a worst case scenario, what is the maximum implications this could have on me. What would be the monetory limitations for a Rs20 stamp paper. Also please let me know the various legally valid usage for this Rs 20 stamp paper. Thanks in advance.
