    I planned to purchase a flat within the limit of Thane Municipal that’s why I want to give a Public Notice in local daily newspaper. I have prepared the draft of notice which want to give but I want a advocate for the behalf of give this notice I will complete all formalities with newspaper agency and payment etc, can you help me in this regards for giving a authority letter on your letter head with mentioning I am your client and you are giving this ad behalf of me. Whatever charges will born I am ready to pay to you. If you are agree please tell me then I will forward the same draft to you for your approval and with your respective approval you send me your authority letter on letter head by scan copy and after by courier.

    i am working as post graduate lecturer in a permenantly nongrant institution. i was selected through a selection committee consisting of university members ,subject expert and institution personnel.i have qualified NET examination.college didnot mention the nature of appointment ie contract in advertisement .it only mentioned "REQUIRED FULL TIME LECTURERS".WITH QUALIFICATION.THEY MENTIONED THAT PAYMENT WILL BE AS PER UGC NORMS.after selection collegegave me order in which it was mentioned that "you will be appointed as a lecturer for 2 years and after completion of this period conract will be terminated.during this period only i got approval from university that i am on probation for 2 years and my services may continued ie i may be regularised after 2 years.i was given a fixed salary of 8,000 rs .i have completed my probation 2 years before and from last 2 years i am serving in same institution but college has not issued me a continuation letter also they promised me orally that my salary will be increased as per society norms .other teachers are getting 25000 rs for the same work with same qualifications.i demanded continuation letter and incrased salary but no response is from the institution.what should i do now? is my service be considered as regularised automatically? can i claim salary as per ugc norm with arrears? plz do reply.

    I was working for a Stock brokers in Mumbai since last 1 year in sales dept. But due to volatile stock market condition , I failed to achieve my monthly target . so my employer told me to resign from job. So I resigned .But he withheld my salary because of non performance . I got my reliving letter ( i.e. experience certificate ) from him. Now Plz guide me how to recover my salary ? which of the following option are available to me ? 1 :Shall I file Civil suit against him 2 : FIR against him in POLICE ? 3. : case in industrial court? 4. : shall I claim compensation for mental torture ant interest @ 18 % Kindly reply ..     sir/mam i am a petioner in a mutual divorcee between me and my husband .he agreed to give me alimony but he had not agreed to give it by DD or cheque insted of it he deposited it in court treasury and this amount will be given to me after the judgement when divorcee is granted . is this money safe or he may cheat me without giving me alimony once i singned divorcee paper .please suggest me

    ear sir, I was offered a senior consultant post in a corporate hospital with a guarantee money for 12 months and then i have to shift for fee for services.Orally the administration , told that guarantee money will be extended for 6-12 months. I signed the offer letter and joined duty on 2.05.2010. The offer letter said that detail contract letter regarding leave , everything will be given but it was never given to me despite repeated oral representations. The offer letter said that on resignation , i have to give 3 months notice but was silent on their termination. I was put on 24 hours call duty daily for 14 months without overtime, the administration denied my requests through emails for compensatory off or renumeration for working on all sundays and public holidays. They also did not give me guarantee money for June 2010 saying that no activities were there. I was paid guarantee money from the date of joining duty,i.e from May 2010 to May 2011 excluding june 2010. In May 2010, I wrote an email to administration stating to spell out their intention frankly as whether they are going to continue my guarantee money for 6-12 months as promised at the time of recruitment orally as i was having few good job offers and to decide on my daughter's educatioanl career. They told me to wait orally and gave guarantee money for June 2011 ( 13th month ) and suddenly brought an another doctor on 22nd july 2011 and issued me a fee for services letter with reterospective date 01.07.2011 and i refused to receive or sign that letter but they kept it in my personal file. I was keeping on writing emails and asking them for guarantee money and working with fee for services which was one fifth of my guarantee money until oct 2011 . Suddenly ,they terminated my services on 31st october 2011 without valid reason and to take vengence for claiming my rights.. I was generating a remuneration of 16 lakhs out of the hospital's total revenue of 26 lakhs per month and my colleagues were generating only one twentieth of my revenues. The administration have not only given guarantee money for my colleagues for the thirteenth month but also extended it for six more months for them after my termination. In my 18 months of service there is no memo or any written disciplinary proceedings were done against me by the administration. Can I get 3 months notice salary, june 2010 salary,my overtime and leave salary apart from reinstatement if i sue them or write to them. Thanks.
