"Homos*xuality Is an Offence"- Supreme Court Of India

The special date 11-12-13 was waiting a historic reform in India. But did it happen? May be yes, may be no!
Today Supreme Court Of India pronounced its verdict about "Homos*xuality" in India.
The court has ruled that gay s*x is a criminal offense. The Court today said  that statute - Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code - which outlaws s*x "against the order of nature" is constitutionally valid. Conviction carries a fine and a maximum 10-year jail sentence.

Its a very bad judgement, a total violation of human rights :-(

T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate)     11 December 2013

A welcome judgment, upholding our culture.

Sir,

Lets keep our culture aside, it has very less relevance here. Dowry was also part of our great culture right!!! But what is more surprising for me is how SC going to determine criminality? When both the parties are involved in consented s*x, who is going to be the aggrieved party? Isn't it ridiculous to come up with this kind of judgement.

Its a blunder on the part of SC.  I was hoping that gay marriages will be made legal and in that sense a partner married to a man can be a male/female and thus creates a situation to make all family laws gender neutral :-)
