1. gajula balija caste in obc list – eligible to get caste certificate

Dear Sir, I hail from Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh. I belong to ”GAJULA BALIJA” caste as mentioned in my 10th class Transfer Certificate . Till date I don’t have Caste Certificate issued in my name / parent’s name. As per the National Backward class commission 12011/88/98-BCC, dt.06/12/1999, whether am I eligible to get OBC certificate with Creamy layer (Since, I am un-employee right now for past 1 year and my father is retired employee with pension of around Rs.9000 per month). When I spoke to Andhra Pradesh Govt. officials, they had informed me that they can’t give caste certificate to Caste – BALIJA with Sub Caste – GAJULA BALIJA until further State Govt. orders. Please help me how to proceed further. Thanks, Vishnu

Balija has 2 categories - GAJULA and KAPU

I guess GAJULA comes under BC and KAPU under OBC.

IF any one know the procedure to get obc certificate for GAJULA BALIJA inform here so that many people like us get beffited who has caste as GAJULA BALIJA

Gajula balija is in central government obc list.we can get obc certificate
