7/12 extract mentioned wrong area

i have farm land which have my grandfather old document mentioned 0.91 hectare land but in my father's 7/12 extract mentioned only 0.64 hectares. also we have full control over land of 0.91 hec. we did not have dispute over controlled land to any of our neighbours farm land.

Your father is required to approach concerned authority for correction of revenue record seeking legal services of a local prudent lawyer, if desired.
