Rera complaint respondent filing reply late

Hi,

I have filed a case in MahaRERA against a developer. The respondents were directed to file their reply within a specific timeframe, but they are submitting it late. What action can I take against this delay? Can I file a complaint for non-compliance? If so, what is the procedure for doing so under MahaRERA rules? Kindly guide me on the legal recourse available

You can bring the delaying tactics to the notice of the Forum.

Yes.  You cannot take action.  You bring to the notice of the forum the wanted delay.

The forum will take care of the procedural violations,, since they have already filed their reply what is your grievance now.

You can take no action except to bring it to the notice of RERA.

What is the opinion and advise of your lawyer engaged by you ?
