7/12 Farm land Gujrat

Hi Everyone, i require some advice. My father is a Kheroot (farmer) in Gujarat he has agri land in his name and is on the 7/12. I am also on the 7/12 named as my fathers son

I have obtained a peri naama and supporting documents from gram panchayat on this basis i am ready to purchase agricultural land.

However on my Personal Identification my personal address is mumbai becasue i used to study and work there. However i live in gujarat now. My father has a home in gujarat and the agriculture land in gujarat. I am therefore a hereditary farmer.

We all live at my fathers house so all the electric bills and other adress proof is on my fathers name

Please can you advise if i have sufficient proof to purchase agricuture land?

Yes, If your name is enter in 7/12 (Agricultue land) u r co-owner of this Agriculture land and now u r purchase a agriculture land anywhere in Gujarat becuz u r Gujarat Agriculturist. U live with your father so your write a your father's house address for your address proof.

Dear Mr Bharat Kumar Many thanks for your response so to make things clear

I have

7/12 of agri land in my fathers name with my name in there as well

pedi nama showing my hereditary farmer roots

my personal Identification ie pan card, etc (address on my pan card is for mumbai)

is this sufficient documentation to do the registration?

Yes, U r write a address of your father and now u r stay at Mumbai as per PAN card copy.
