Aba under sec.438

Hello All,

I was granted Anticipatory bail under sec. 438 on 2007. After the formal arrest and when the trail commended, no regular bail was asked for ( its a petty case). My question is. is the ABA still valid and do I have to comply with that order even now? The trial is still going on..

Yes the current law is AB given is not for limited duration - but for the entire trial, and hence the conditions imposed bind you.
