ek advocate hamari property par apna kabja bol rha hai aur hume hamari hi property mein kuch krne nhi de rha hai ..
Vakil k khilaf kya kare woh kisi ki nhi soon rha hai

Contact another Vakil and take his advice in filing a civil suit and criminal complaint as everyone is equal before the law.

Yes, you should approach the Court and/or the Police. It makes no difference that the encroacher is a Vakil.
