Any leave is not a right for Government employees.

The leave is governed by various enactments applicable to establishment/employer/employee.

Per provisions of enactments employee is eligible for casual, earned leave.

GO thru the language applicable enactments e.g; Shops & Estbs Act, Standing Orders …...

the quesits has not even stated whether he is govt sector employed or private sector.
