Sir/Madam,
This is Sameer Sayyad. My father was expired in the year 2005. Then the property of his name was transferred to my mother, sisters and on my name. After that today my one of relative came and shown me a 10 Rs. stamp paper of the year 1993 and it has written Will Deed which is actually fake document.
Can anybody tell me how to valid a Will Deed, what are the limitations of will deed. How i can proove that the will deed is fake. What the law says about will deed?
Please help me regarding this.
