1. Legally speakng under the Municipal laws & the Regional Town Planning laws, installing of AC outside NON-DESIGNATED window, is a prosecutable offence. Hence Society has right to object and also to inform the authorities, more so speficially IF there is an accident of any type involving the AC, then the Committee members and yourself will be prosecuted.
