I need to get a property in Bengaluru registered. My wife and I (residents of Delhi) are the joint owners, however she can’t travel to Bengaluru for the registration process. So I am getting a GPA prepared. The Attorney in Bengaluru told me that the GAP will need to be adjudicated in Bangalore even though my wife is in Delhi.
- Should I get the GPA prepared on the Delhi Stamp Paper or the Karnataka Stamp Paper or plain white paper?
- Will I have to get it Notarised in Delhi?
- Will I have to be personally present in Bangalore for the adjudication of the GPA or I can send it to an advocate in Bengaluru through courier?
- How much time will it take for me to get the GPA adjudicated in Bengaluru?
