Affidavit clarification

I am currently assigned to do a DE (concerning theft). A charged Official had submitted an Affidavit numbering page 1 and 2. Page 1 is of Rs. 50 (non-judicial) and Page 2 is of Rs. 2 (non-judicial). Will this be acceptable as an affidavit due to the differences in amount? Is there any loophole in this kind of affidavit?
