Amendment to bonus act

Hi All, There was a proposal to amend The Payment of Bonus Act, 1965 in 2010. Key points are as under: 1. To increase the Minimum Bonus Payable from 8.33% to 11. 2. To increase the entitlement from Rs.3500 to Rs.5000 3. To increase the eligibility from Rs.10000 to Rs.15000. As per our understanding this bill supposed to be presented in Parliament and get passed, but this bill was not cleared in Parliabment. Request to help on the correct status of the same.
