if my grandfather what's to neglect one of my uncles to give our property, is that necessary to give him the share or negotiable.. since the particular property
belongs to my great grandfather and he had given the property as an offering(non-heirarichal) to my grandfather.
As it is an ancestral property your uncle has the right to his share in the property.
