Anticipatory Bail Query

Experts I had applied for anticipatory Bail in the court FIR for my false 498a has been registered in last week. now my lawyer is saying court has approved the bail by saying that you have to give 5 days pre arrest notice to the accused because my IO is saying that he dont have permission from ACP to arrest the accused. now my question is what i got from court it is notice bail or anticipatory bail and i had give 30 k to my lawyer for my bail if it is notice bail then he will ask again for the money at the time of anticipatory bail or 30 k includes both. regards 498a
