Sir, Recently i have purchased 8 years old Flat, i am paying maintenance charges in time. The association of the apartment is saying that i have to pay the Corpus Fund of Rs.15,000/-, but the earlier owner of the said flat was already paid the Corpus Fund of Rs.15,000/-. The same i was informed to the association, they are saying as a new owner of the flat u have to pay the corpus fund as fresh, i have explained to the association the earler owner of the flat has paid the corpus fund to the flat, then where is the need to pay the corpus fund again, but they were not listening, what to do sir, please help me in this regard.
