my GWOP is still pending. In the same GWOP i had filed IA to grant visitation, which was granted. NOw I filed modification of the preivous IA order to enhance it which was dismissed by the Family COurt Judge. I want to go for appeal in Telengana and Andhra High court as Party in Person.
What application should I be filling. will it be civil misc petition or FCA petition. Can any one share the format which ever is applicable.
