Good Day All, Hi I am Vijay, I am trying to purchase a Flat that is present in the Grampanchayat area. ( PRAGATHINAGAR, R R district AP). Now my question is like what are all approvals that Builder need to get for that FALT? Like HMDA Approval, Panchayat Approval etc.. It will be great help for me if I get correct answer for the above question Thanks in advance Vijay
