Are we eligible to purchase agricultural land according to karnataka land reforms act?

Are we eligible to Purchase agricultural land according to Karnataka land reforms act? We are 3 brothers having ½ acre agriculltural land in karnataka and practicing agriculture from 20 years. We are having little income from the agriculture we do. We have the RTC of this ½ acre agriculltural land in our name jointly. We also have another ½ acre agriculltural land in our mother’s name. Our ancestors -grand father & father were also agriculturists practicing agriculture since 1940 and before. Our grandfather had 2 acre land even before 1973 and the same land after partitions amongst our father and his brothers was transferred to our father and his brothers. After our father’s demise, our father’s land was transferred in our name jointly.To sum up we have RTC from 1973 in our grand father’s name and we have RTC in our father’s name from 2009-2014 and from 2014 till date we have RTC in our name. We are also working in Pvt firms and do have non- agriculture annual incomes as well. We are not living together as joint family but still cultivate land jointly since the piece of land is small and we do not intend to partition this small piece of land amongst ourselves. We are aware of the sections 79A &79B in the Karnataka land reforms act. Our non- agriculture annual incomes are around 5-6 lakhs each and we do have IT returns filed for this non- agriculture annual incomes. Our non- agriculture annual incomes all put together is less than 25 lakhs( < 25 lakhs) and to be precise it is around 13 lakhs. Can some one advise whether we are eligible to Purchase agricultural land in karnataka according to Karnataka land reforms act. If we are not eligible then please give reasons as to why we are not eligible. thanks
