Audit firm

An audit firm X is appointed in AGM for 5 years and later on, the audit firm gets merged with another audit firm Y.

Is adt-3 required to be filed for merged unit X?

And also adt-1 is required to be filed for new firm Y?

First-Party Audits focus on internal processes and adherence to company policies. Second-Party Audits concentrate on supplier performance and compliance with contractual terms. Third-Party Audits evaluate overall compliance with industry standards and regulations.

What exactly is your query so that further opinion can be rendered.

Sir

We had appointed Firm X for 5 years. But in 2 nd year, it gets merged with Firm Y.

Whether we require to adopt resolution afresh and file returns on MCA Portal?

Trust my point is clear.

The firm Y is liable to complete all audit actions / formalities and has to (automatically) honour the commitment(s) made by firm X, stated to have merged with firm Y.

No fresh resolution is required.
