hi ,I have submitted bank guarantee from a bank to repay my fee, college as beneficiary now the bank guarantee is lost in college and there are not ready to claim it ,the bank guarantee is now expired and bank is not willing to release the fixed deposit I submitted to them to approve bank guarantee ,what do I do?
