Birth certificate with new name

I have to apply for visa for my parents. The visa formalities want me to upload my birth certificate. I have one in my old name. LAter on I had changed to another name and all my certificates are in new name. I have the gazette copy of change in name as well as original birth certificate. How can I get a new birth certificate in the current new name. I was born in ahmedabad. How long would it take?
