Bogus Divorce Case

I want to defend my sister and our family honor first, and next comes alimony claims and other paraphernalia. I need support from lawyer fraternity so that my sister gets justice, and these pathological liars and thugs are brought to book. The way they have been manipulating my sister seems like a plot from a dark movie. I believe my BIL comes from a family of history sh*tters with political clout , which I sensed even while discussing with him on technical matters... I don't think an MTech in electrical engineering can be naive not to have even heard of Maxwell's equations. Though he is in late forties I gave him the benefit of the doubt as he is a pass out from some average private college, but now it seems all could be bunch of crafted lies. Also my sister till now doesn't know about his salary. How to file an rti for that when we need to know about his salary and other antecedents.

Your problem is not at big as you are Imagining it to be . Understand this . Your lawyer cannot continue without your permission . Approach a new lawyer and ask for his services . In addition to that ask the previous lawyer to refrain from appearing . The audio evidence has to be converted into a CD and supplied to court along with section 65-B affidavit
