I am girl working in an MNC and have given my resignation on 10th July this year. I have been employed as a government servant now. My company is not relieving me giving a reason that I am billable and now i have my joining on 8th Aug 2017. Neither they are giving me relieving letter. My bond ends on 18th Aug 2017. They are not even letting me buyout my notice period. They are forcing me not to buy it whereas I am ready to do so. Please help me in this regard.

You have signed the Bond by your free will.

Employee should avoid such employment where employee has to sign a bond.

Do you have copy of the Bond?

The said Bond was crafted in lieu of what extra ordinary benefit by employer say some certified training from some certified Instt that shall add some extraordinary skills and/or qualification?

What are the liquidated damages stated in Bond?
