On 3 months contract I have been working at Mumbai. Just afer 1 month the IT co says due to unsatisfied
performance Terminating. But the contract "schedule of engagement" point also says mutually both parties should
consent for tenure extension or breaking.
31/07/2019 is the last day as per the IT co - HR saying. I am working for the co's client place at MUMBAI, The co has Branch office at Mumbai, but contract form in letter head is having Delhi, Registered Office/ Head office address.
My home citi is Chennai, How to recover the salary of remaining 2 months. To take legal action, what I should do at Mumbai and after reaching to Chennai.
I had sent my invoice to DElhi office for first 10 days so far I got money; invoice format was typeded with SUBJECT TO DELHI JURISDICTION.
PLEASE HELP ME IN EMERGENCY TIME IN THE SHORT 2 DAYS, what to do?
