Thanks all of you for valuable suggestion
But here once again anothre query that , is it possible that principle employer and consultant employer both are telling that there is no exist emplyee employer relation in service matter of case in third party payrol
Is it can be true , in such situation emplyee can be raise the matter ,then for which reason till employer were paying him for payment / salary
