I am denied building permission in hyderabad muncipality , i was told that i can go to court and get a stay order from court and continue my construction....
1. is it a good idea
2.how much time will it take to get stay order from court
3.what is the procedure .
4.how much will it cost.
it is 200 sq yrds land & construction is on 150 sq yrds...i already started pillars.
please advice....your support will be of great help.
