Hello All,
i was investing in a land that is funded by LIC, that i can avail loan from LIC to buy this land in bangalore. Is it safe to purchase or I should do a legal verification of documents from my end. What are the possible threats in these cases

Since the land is funded by LIC and you decision is good to have a loan from the LIC itself. But to be in a safer side it is always good to check the legal documnet and revenue records throughly before accelerating.
