Can anyone help with this judgement copy?

Well, there are quite a few judgements which have been cited but are not available for download online. Am looking for following which if anyone can then do help out. If anyone has AIR subscripttion, kindly help out.

Smt. Vijaya Raje Scindia vs. ITO (ITA No. 2780(Bom/89) dated 17-12-1993 (distribution of property by family settlement is not transfer).

Are you sure of the Title as there is a judgment below titled;

Commisioner Of Income-Tax V Her Higness Maharani Vijaya Raje Scindia

Bombay High Court- June 1993

Please check if it is the same you are looking for.

No it is not same. The judgement in question is popularly cited at many places in connection with FAMILY SETTLEMENT NOT BEING TRANSFER. But no link is there anywhere.

It was case of 1989, Bombay High Court, with ITO, ITA 2780, judgement date 17 December 1993.

really no clue on line. You can check from printed judgments in AIR or Bomabay High Court Jounals.

Hmmm, that's what. I even asked AIR customer service, they said on one site they had judgements fro 2007, and on other which is annual subscripttion based there are prior older ones. If cannot be found there also, then I suppose print material of AIR have to be searched. Thank you for your help.
