I have booked a flat with a builder. After almost 9 months he is asking us to get the booking cancelled or shift to another location proposed by him which incidently i donot like. On asking as to why the builder is asking us to shifted/ cancel there is no clear reply being give. Going by the news it is learnt that this builder will pass on this particluar piece of property (where the flats are being developed) to a new builder . If this builder has collected from us and is now selling out the project to a new builder because of issues at his end can he cancel the booking of his own or ask us to shift to new location . In case he force us to do so what are the legal options??
